Is Loose Cannon trying to get recused?

 In her recent ruling she made two serious errors that DOJ can appeal. DOJ submitted grand jury testimony under seal and Cannon struck down the seal. She also is saying that it is improper that DOJ is simultaneously running a grand jury in DC which is also gathering evidence in this case. What's worse, because of it Cannon seemed to invite Trumpler to file a Motion to Dismiss.

She is seriously, legally wrong to the point that some legal experts are speculating that either she's tragically in over and head and incompetent or that she knows she's incompetent and is intentionally making obvious mistakes in the hopes that the 11th Circuit will take her off the case. It's now up to DOJ to appeal her terrible rulings and ask that she be removed.
