I heard Hartmann talking about this today. In this piece he elaborates that it used to be called Horse and Sparrow Economics. Meaning feed extra oats to the horse and it will shit out some of them undigested so that the sparrows can feed on them. Henceforth my new name for this scam, since it's literally true, is Eat Shit Economics.
