That's Matt Gaetz's new nickname for him. Why? Because Johnson was "the architect of the election objectors for January 6." He is an avid defender of Trumpler and his coup and intends to finish the job. 

And every single House Repugnantcon member voted for him. There is simply no way to avoid the obvious and accurate charge of fascism to the Party at large. It is that serious and we need to acknowledge and fight it if we have any chance to overcome it in the next election.
