A Supreme Court test

Now that the Appeals Court refuted all of Trumpler's BS it goes to the Supremes. From listening to numerous experts the Appeals ruling is airtight and bulletproof so that the Supremes, if they are to be legitimate, should quickly decline to take it thereby allowing the criminal prosecution to proceed. However if the Supremes decide to take it that will be a clear signal that they intend to delay the case so that it never sees the light of day. Will the Supremes do their duty to the rule of law or be lackeys to the wannabe dictator? To be determined.
