DC Circuit Court rejects Trumper's immunity defense

The 3-judge panel was unanimous in rejecting his immunity and other defenses. Trumpler has until February 12 to appeal to the Supreme Corp (SC) before the decision takes effect. If the SC takes it then the decision will be on hold. Judge Chutkan has already said the trial is postponed until the issue is finally resolved. We await to see what the SC will do.
