The DOJ is fed up with Cannon ignoring the law to protect Trumpler. In this instance DOJ is trying to protect witnesses from harm and Cannon is ordering DOJ to release information that will do just that. Will DOJ now take it to the 11th Circuit to demand they rebuff Cannon's 'clear error?' And it is prelude to eventually getting Cannon removed? Let's hope so.
