Judge rules that either Willis or Wade must step down

 If Wade goes then Willis and her staff can continue the prosecution. It's pretty much the remedy I thought would be most appropriate.

Judge McAfee wrote: "Dismissal of the indictment is not the appropriate remedy. [...] The established record now highlights a significant appearance of impropriety that infects the current structure of the prosecution team."
