Weissmann discusses the bizarre Order Cannon issued, basically asking the DOJ to provide jury instructions assuming the documents in question are protected under the Presidential Records Act (PRA). As Weissmann makes clear, the PRA has absolutely nothing to do with it and the Order is so prejudicial that it is grounds to get her reversed and removed by the 11th Circuit.
Will DOJ finally take Cannon to the 11th Circuit?
