Kirschner: Trumpler's attempt to stop Chutkin's evidentiary hearings

Trumpler will try to delay the hearings but we've seen Chutkin won't abide that. He'll try to invoke executive privilege, but like all the times before trying that tactic it will fail. He'll also try to prevent live witnesses from testifying. 

Kirschner is fine with that, because the grand jury transcripts will make it into evidence and all the testimony is there. Through them we'll get to hear that testimony, much of it from the Republicans who served in that Administration. So we'll have plenty of evidence of Trumpler's crimes going into the election.
