Meadows AZ case has implications for Trumpler

In seeking to get his AZ case moved to federal court, Meadows argued that his involvement in the fake elector scheme was part of his official duties. The judge ruled that what he did was not a part of his official duties. So Kirschner and others think this will bear on Trumpler's DC case as well, as Judge Chutkin must now rule on whether his election interference was part of his official duties.
