His lawyers are trying to block DOJ's brief outlining the evidence so that Judge Chutkin, as ordered by the Extreme Corp, can decide with acts were official and which were not. Kirschner thinks Chutkin will dismiss Trumpler's motion and proceed with DOJ's brief. Let's hope so and that it is made public.
