When will we see the evidence brief in the election interference case?

DOJ asked to file by September 26 an oversized brief of 180 pages to detail the evidence so that Judge Chutkin can rule on what are or not official acts. However they want to file it under seal, meaning not public, due to some of that evidence being highly sensitive. In addition, DOJ also asked that a shorter, redacted brief based on the original be publicly filed sometime thereafter, date to be determined. So if Chutkin agrees to the public brief, we may yet see some of that evidence but we don't know when. Or if it will be enough time before the election for the public to make a better informed decision for whom they will vote.
