Harris legal plan to fight Trump in court

A team of highly qualified lawyers is already planning ahead for all the spurious election challenges that are sure to come (see video below). Marc Elias will be leading the team. He was the lead attorney last election who defeated all of Trump's challenges.

Here is a more recent interview with Elias noting that the Trump/Republican plan is not to win the election but to make it harder to vote, purge voters, harass election officials, make mass challenges to the vote and challenge certification.

My concern is that even if these cases are won at the district and first appeal level, at least some of them could end up before the Extreme Corp. And given their immunity ruling I'm doubtful they'll defend democracy this time around.
