What is Trump's and Johnson's 'little secret'?

This article discusses that Trump confirmed the existence of the 'secret' at his Madison Square Garden rally. It's nothing new though, something they contemplated at the last election. It's using the 12th Amendment to declare a contingent election to be decided by the House instead of the Electoral College. The plan is to prevent Harris from getting the necessary majority of electoral votes by some States refusing to certify the results by the deadline. Then the States get to decide. 

Last time Johnson was a lead signatory on the Amicus Brief before the Supremes to overturn the last election based on the 'independent state legislature' doctrine. Fortunately the Supremes rejected it in Moore v. Harper with three dissents. Trump and Johnson are still up to the same planned coup. But this time they think the Supremes will go along with it, given their decision to make a sitting President the King thus exposing their own authoritarian agenda.
