Putin ally praises USAID shutdown

Per this report:

"Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of Russia's Security Council and one of President Vladimir Putin's closest allies, praised the move."  

It's why I call him Presidunce TrumPutin, since he is so obviously Putin's clueless puppet.
