Extreme Corp temporarily halts deportations under Alien Enemies Act

This was due to an emergency ACLU appeal that claimed the government was about to immanently deport another batch of immigrants. This apparently in defiance of the earlier Corp decision that detainees be given notice of deportation and the right to a habeas corpus hearing. The Corp will decide when and how to proceed after a response from the government.
