Hartmann: Will TrumPus invoke the Insurrection Act on Hitler's birthday?

He thinks it's a distinct possible on April 20, the Nazi's birthday. All TrumPus' acts up to this point are clear indications of his fascist intentions. Plus he has threatened to do it several times. In his 1/20/25 "Declaration of a National Emergency at the Southern Border" it notes the following: 

"Within 90 days of the date of this proclamation, the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit a joint report to the President about the conditions at the southern border of the United States and any recommendations regarding additional actions that may be necessary to obtain complete operational control of the southern border, including whether to invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807."

Invoking it would impose martial law and suspend the Constitution under this declared state of emergency. Doing so on one of his hero's birthday would be the icing on the "let them eat cake." Better smoke 'em if you got 'em now, because this 4/20 won't be a high celebration.
