Fulton County challenges seizure of ballots

 They filed to have the ballots returned because the affidavit upon which search warrant depended "failed to provide evidence that a crime had been committed and relied on 'a smorgasbord of witness speculation' from biased sources [...] some of whom now work in the Trump administration." A search warrant also requires probable cause that a crime had been committed and no such evidence was provided, just "unsubstantiated hypotheticals."
