Hartmann: ICE's concentration camps

It is the correct name for places where people are detained indefinitely who have not committed any crime. And ICE is looking to add more facilities to detain much more than the already 70,000 in 225 camps. 

Is this increased capacity for journalists and protesters? To what in history does this compare?
