Obama on how Dems win again

Politicians age out to the point where they're no longer directly plugged in to people's struggles. So we need younger candidates who are, who understand and relate to us, who elicit a sense of belonging. He gives Mamdani as an example of what we need to bring younger voters back into the fold.
