It's the racism stupid

See this Guardian report. It's not the economy that is motivating the non-college educated white working class. It's the racism they've been spoon-fed by MAGA, making them believe it is the colored folk who are taking their jobs and livelihood. It thus gives them a sense of superiority over the culprits. Hence they'll support the real cause of their plight, the monied interests, who keep feeding their racism to avoid accountability. 

Liberals have the wrong focus on just their economic interests. They must also counter the racism that overrides it if they hope to win back enough of this demographic.
