Or does he? While the meme says 94% of the delegates this report says more than 2/3 of the delegates. Whichever it is it certainly should be enough to secure the Maine democratic nomination. It does though note that "they are not legally bound to support him." The establishment would not dare to pull a coup at this point, now would they?
