Sanders questions Tanden

He pointed out that not only is she vicious against progressives, she's a lackey for corporate money and influence. So Tanden apologizes for her viciousness and claims her corporate buddies won't influence her, meanwhile promising she supports progressive policies. Her history makes clear she is lying on all counts, not that she's had a miraculous awakening. Yet she's going to be the head of the Office of Management and Budget.

We honestly have to question Biden's pick for this position knowing what we know. And contemplate the disaster she's going to be for we the people in this critical role. We really need to elect a President that is committed to changing the corrupt status quo, as well as more representatives in Congress so committed. I fear that this maintenance of the status quo is only going to further reduce our chances of enacting that vision and once again turn us toward the next, and likely far worse, fascist.
