Ted (Snooze) Cruz: "This trial is preordained"

Yep, the co-conspirator in insurrection said that. While he agreed that Twit's rhetoric is "overheated" he claims that it does not rise to a high crime or misdemeanor. And it appears most of his Repug colleagues agree, as they're likely to acquit. The evidence presented is clear and convincing, so the Repugs are not basing their decision on legality but merely on sticking with their corrupt club to retain the Twit voters. 

As regular voters are leaving their club in droves over Twit it's about the only constituency they have left. I hope the rumors that Twit is thinking of forming his own Party are true. When that last stronghold of the Repug Party is gone then it will completely collapse. If it goes that way then the progressives are free to form their own Party as well, thereby leaving the corrupt Dem establishment Party to itself collapse. Only then may we finally get a government of, for and by the people. "You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one."
