Updated (4/29/21) CDC guidelines fully vaccinated

 Here. They seem pretty much like the guidelines dated 4/27/21 here. While "indoor visits between fully vaccinated people who do not wear masks or physically distance from one another are likely low risk," they still note that "how long vaccine protection lasts and how much vaccines protect against emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants are still under investigation." They also still caution that "although the risk of COVID-19 infection may be minimal to the fully vaccinated person themselves, vaccinated persons should be mindful of the very low potential risk of transmitting the virus to others if they become infected, especially if they are visiting with unvaccinated people at increased risk."
