Update: SE China is now experiencing the delta variant and "the symptoms are different and more dangerous than those they saw when the initial version of the virus started spreading in late 2019 in the central city of Wuhan."

Initial post: It has devastated India and now it's causing a lot of problems in England. Cases and hospitalizations are rising rapidly, children are getting it, and it's more contagious, transmissible and deadly. And it's coming to the US soon. Which is particularly disconcerting since southern State vaccination rates are low and the Twitiots refuse to get vaccinated. We're in for another spike while we blithely party like it's over.
