Hartmann: Twitler must be prosecuted

The key question is will the Justice Department do it? Thom lays out the evidence for Twit's many crimes and argues if we do not prosecute then we are just setting up the next Repugnacon President to go fully fascist and end democracy for good. 

You might argue that therefore we must prevent that from happening. But we cannot given the Repug States are further rigging their elections so no Dem will ever win again in them. And since there are more Repug than Dem controlled States that means they control the majority of Electoral votes for President.

If the current Attorney General under Biden doesn't prosecute these obvious crimes than we have to assume that there is either utter weakness or some complicity. The excuse that we have to move on in the name of getting along is part of that weakness that fascists love to see, for it reinforces their resolve to press on in the face of quiet complacency.
