Repugnacon preemptive laws

This Economic Policy Institute video highlights how they are doing it economically. Another prime example is Repug Governors doing it to prevent local communities and businesses from enacting vaccine and mask mandates. However it can be necessary and beneficial, like the federal Freedom to Vote Act, which would supersede all of the Repug State voter suppression and purging laws. It all depends on the ideological agenda of the lawmakers.
