Some more basic math. Public colleges and universities have undergone severe and intentional defunding by RepugnaKlans over the years. Hence they've had to raise their tuition rates to keep afloat. Not to worry though. Also as intentionally planned the predatory loan business swooped in to keep us indebted for life.
