Well done workers

You said you wouldn't work for peanuts anymore and now some employers responded with better wages. And they don't have to charge much more for the product either. As long as the wage increase is more than the product increase workers still make out. And employers actually do too, as they retain workers who have better attitudes, which increases sales. Imagine that.
