DOJ responds to BS Brady defense

As noted in this prior post, one of the Proud Boys is using Snarlson's edited footage of Jan. 6 claiming it is exculpatory evidence not presented at his trial. Thing is, his defense team already has the Jan. 6 footage. The DOJ responded that Snarlson's footage is merely edited and in no way provides any exculpatory evidence when taking the entirety of the footage into account. Hopefully the judge will throw it out and end this BS tactic.
