Based on the video evidence of something exploding near the hospital apparently fired by Islamic Jihad. According to the New York Times report it was fired from Israel and exploded at least 2 miles away from the hospital. The report doesn't say exactly what caused the hospital explosion, only that the US/Israeli explanation is false. As I noted earlier, given the propaganda on all sides of this story we should take all of them with more like a gallon of salt.
