The following States are refusing federal funding for the "Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer program set to launch this year, providing low-income parents with benefits to purchase food for their kids." I mean seriously, WTF is wrong with these people? If you live in these States you might want to reconsider your residence. That is, if you can even afford to move.
Alabama, Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, and Wyoming.
