When will election case go to trial?

This post explores the various possibilities. The earliest it will go to trial under the most expedient circumstances is around 19 days after the Circuit Court's decision. The latest with all possible delays is around mid-May. The trial itself with take 8-12 weeks. So even in the worse case the trial will end around mid-August, allowing 3 months before the election.

Correction: The above timelines are for when the stay on the case is lifted. So we could add up to 3 more months for pretrial proceedings.
