Speaker Johnson voted to overturn election

This report confirms that he and 125 Repugnantcons signed on to the Amicus Brief in Texas v. Pennsylvania calling for the overturning of the election based on the independent state legislature theory. Why don't Democrats continuously harp on this?

Note that the Supreme Corp later ruled against that theory (with 3 dissents). But these insurrections won't give up on it, as Arizona is currently looking to enact it.
