Sotomayor on overturning ban on bump stocks

The NRA majority said bump stocks are not technically machine guns according to the legislation and she replied:

"Today the Court puts bump stocks back in civilian hands. To do so casts aside Congress' definition of a machine gun and seizes upon one that is inconsistent with the ordinary meaning of the statutory text and supported by context or purpose."

It's an indication about how they will likely twist the ordinary meaning of the word 'otherwise' in determining 'obstruction of an official proceeding' as noted here and here

Unfortunately those TrumPets prone to violence and certain of an upcoming civil war will be getting bump stocks by the droves and will likely use them. The TrumPets on the Corp know this and must therefore be in favor of it? Even inciting it?
