Miller on suspending habeas corpus

This article confirms the meme. Recall previously that on inauguration day TrumPus declared a state of national emergency with the threat of invoking the Insurrection Act. Miller is reinforcing this noting that it can be suspended "in a time of invasion." And that it also "depends on whether the courts do the right thing or not." He implied that the courts are doing the wrong thing by interfering with their immigration policy. TrumPus has repeatedly berated the courts for deciding that the deported immigrants have habeas corpus rights. 

It's obvious that they are not just "actively looking at it" but have planned this all along. And make no mistake that when they do it that will mean no one will have habeas corpus rights, not just illegal immigrants. Which means you and me. They are going down a path well paved by history and we can clearly see where it leads.
