Republicans upset by the slush fund

According to this report  more than 20 Senate Republicans spoke out against it in a meeting with Blanche.  The Wall Street Journal reported more than half of Senate Republicans are opposed to it. A Bill was introduced in the House to block it with bi-partisan support. We'll see though how they actually vote when it comes down to it.
