Allegedly the panel's criteria for eligibility will not be made public, nor will their decisions and the amounts awarded. It's apparent the only criteria is that you are a MAGA who feels victimized by facts and the law. Actual, provable victimization by The Wrecking Crew is by definition ineligible.
